I use 1/4" wide masking tape and put it on the edges while I'm sewing to keep my seam allowance even and my stitches straight. The borders are 4"wide. Ahhh, thanks for the compliment but maybe you're easily impressed?! It's a lot easier than it looks! @CityGirl, They’re 12″x12″ + 1/4″ seam allowance all around.
